Education and Training

Most people who take up a career in photovoltaics have a background in science, engineering or architecture although people with a wide range of skills can get involved.   
   
There are a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses on offer at Durham University and Northumbria University.  There are also technical training courses at Redcar and Cleveland College. The other regional Universities also have courses that provide a good background for a career in photovoltaics.
